2015 Ford Mustang GT

The new Mustang has been completely redesigned, but kept its attractive price tag. It brings its famous 5-liter V8 engine with 435-hp in 6-speed and automatic transmission options. The new Mustang gets to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds and clears a quarter mile in 12.8 seconds. At $32,300, it holds its reputation as the affordable muscle car.

2015 Chevy Camaro SS

The classic rival of the Mustang, the Chevy Camaro is due for a retooling next year, but still offers plenty to compete. It boasts a 6.2-liter V8 with 426-hp, also in 6-speed and automatic. It hits 60 mph in 4.8 seconds and completes a quarter mile in 12.9. Its price tag of $34,500 keeps it a close second to the Mustang. Can't wait to see what they come out with next year.

2015 Dodge Challenger

The new Dodge Challenger has stayed ;old school with its throwback to the 70s style. For $31,495, you get a 375-hp 5.7-liter Hemi V8 available in six-speed manual or 8-speed autobox transmissions. The Challenger ;is bigger and heavier than its newer counterparts, and its performance shows- taking 5.8 seconds to reach 60 and just over 13 seconds to go 1/4 mile.

2015 Hyundai Genesis Coupe R-Spec

Underrated as a muscle car, the $29,500 Genesis is a strong competitor of its domestic counterparts. Its 3.8-liter V6 produces 348-hp and comes with ;6-speed manual and 8-speed automatic transmissions. It hits 60 mph in 5.3 seconds and has a 13.4 second 1/4 mile.
